At NVZ Beanies, we want to make sure your handmade cotton baby beanies get to you safely and smoothly. We ship all our domestic orders across South Africa using The Courier Guy.
- Shipping Rates & Free Shipping: Standard delivery is a flat rate of R100. However, if your order totals R750 or more, shipping is completely free!
- Tracking Your Order: Once your package has been booked and dispatched, we will email you your tracking information. You can use your unique tracking number provided via email to monitor your order’s journey directly through The Courier Guy’s tracking system until it arrives at your door.
- Returns and Exchanges Shipping: If you need to return or exchange an item, the shipping costs depend on the situation. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with your order, NVZ Beanies will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns or exchanges not caused by a defect or error, the customer is responsible for the courier fees associated with sending the item back to us.
